Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FlowTrace ("Service"), you accept these Terms. If you do not accept, do not use the Service.

FlowTrace is a code-as-a-graph analyzer + step debugger SaaS. Users connect a GitHub account, index public/private repositories, and explore call graphs, dependency graphs, and execution traces.

• You must be 16+ to use the Service.
• One person per account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts violating these Terms or applicable law.

• Free — €0/mo. 1 public repo, read-only graph viewer.
• Pro — €9.99/mo. Unlimited public+private repos, Step Debugger, natural-language queries.
• Team — €49/mo, 5 seats. Waitlist.
• Self-hosted — €999 one-time + optional support. Waitlist.

Prices excl. VAT. VAT charged per applicable EU MOSS rules.

• Billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime in Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation effective end of current billing period.
• Refunds: pro-rata within 14 days of first subscription (EU consumer right of withdrawal).
• Failed payments: 3 retry attempts over 7 days, then subscription cancelled.

You may NOT reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access; analyze code without rights; overload or probe the Service; or scrape beyond reasonable API rate limits.

Your code stays yours. We do not claim ownership of any repository you index. We process metadata (call graph, dependency graph) under license only to provide the Service. The Service (UI, code, brand) is owned by Adaptrix S.L.

You may delete your account at any time. We delete all your data within 30 days, except billing records (6 years per Spanish tax law) and anonymized aggregate metrics.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". We do not warrant uninterrupted/error-free operation, completeness/accuracy of graph or debugger output, or fitness for any particular purpose. Verify all output before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptrix S.L.'s total liability is limited to the greater of: (a) amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR (b) €100.

We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This clause does NOT limit liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may terminate your account for material breach with 7 days notice (immediate for severe violations). You may terminate anytime.

Material changes: email notification + 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where applicable law gives consumers the right to bring action in their country of residence.

FlowTrace is a beta product as of launch. Features may change, be added, or removed without notice during beta. Terms subject to change with notice as above.
